Who are we?

Onevinn (Hereafter called, “Onevinn”, “we”, “us”) is a globally awarded Trusted Microsoft Partner and Managed Security Service Provider, with security in our very DNA. We have been building and integrating Intelligent Security Solutions based on Microsoft technology for over 20 years to our customers.
This Privacy Policy explains Onevinn policies and practices regarding its use and disclosure of personal information gathered via this site. Onevinn reviews and updates this Privacy Policy from time to time as needed and without notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this policy periodically so that you are aware of how Onevinn collects and uses personal information.

Onevinn uses cookies to ensure that our site is well managed and to facilitate improved navigation.

Also to send you promotional materials or communications regarding services provided by us that we feel may be of interest to you. We also use it to improve the content of our site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities. We use identity and contact information for this purpose. Further we also use your IP address.

Communication: To be able to communicate with you regarding our offerings and incident response we need to collect identifying and contact information.

Recruitment: For the purpose of recruitment, we want to recruit suitable people for our positions. Therefore, we need to collect identifying information, contact information and any additional personal information from CV and cover letter. That additional information could be educational background, work experience, and professional qualifications. This information is used to assess a candidate’s suitability for a position.

The lawful basis for 1 and 2 is your consent. You may at any time request to revoke your consent by sending an email to dataskydd@onevinn.se with “privacy” in the subject line.

The lawful basis for 3 is legitimate interest. We want to verify that our candidates have the knowledge and experience they say, so we can make informed decision when hiring.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Onevinn will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

To that end, we may share your information with select third parties including:

• Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our site;

Security

Onevinn is concerned with the security of your user information and is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access and use. To that end, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial policies and procedures to secure your personal user information in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

International transfer

Onevinn collaborates with service providers to offer optimal solutions to our customers. While some of these providers operate outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that data transmission only occurs with organizations approved by supervisory authorities or compliant with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Additionally, we have Data Processing Agreements in place with all our partners, whether within or outside the EU, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Controlling your personal information

If you do not want us to use information you provide on the site for any purpose described in this Privacy Policy, please either specify your wishes in the “comments” field while you are filling out our online web forms, follow the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of our newsletters/other announcements/promotional materials, or send us an email at info@onevinn.com, with “privacy” in the subject line. Any opt-out request will be processed as promptly as practicable.

If you would like to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, you may send us an email at dataskydd@onevinn.se with “privacy” in the subject line. If you contact us to correct your user information, we will attempt to correct such inaccuracies in a timely manner. We may refuse to accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Right to object to processing:
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data if the lawful basis for the processing is legitimate interest.

Right to data portability:

How long do we keep your data?

Visitors:
We keep your personal data for one (1) year for security purposes.

Recruitment candidates:
If you are a recruitment candidate, we keep your personal data for six (6) months.

If you are hired, we will keep your personal data during your employment, for other purposes than those stated above, which you will be informed of.
