Onevinn (Hereafter called, “Onevinn”, “we”, “us”) is a globally awarded Trusted Microsoft Partner and Managed Security Service Provider, with security in our very DNA. We have been building and integrating Intelligent Security Solutions based on Microsoft technology for over 20 years to our customers.

Communication: To be able to communicate with you regarding our offerings and incident response we need to collect identifying and contact information.
Recruitment: For the purpose of recruitment, we want to recruit suitable people for our positions. Therefore, we need to collect identifying information, contact information and any additional personal information from CV and cover letter. That additional information could be educational background, work experience, and professional qualifications. This information is used to assess a candidate’s suitability for a position.

The lawful basis for 3 is legitimate interest. We want to verify that our candidates have the knowledge and experience they say, so we can make informed decision when hiring.

Visitors:

Recruitment candidates:
If you are a recruitment candidate, we keep your personal data for six (6) months.
If you are hired, we will keep your personal data during your employment, for other purposes than those stated above, which you will be informed of.
